Absolutely excellent in all respects when replacing inverter. Immediate unbeatable quote and excellent communication from Craig when information requested. The local firm that did the initial fitting could not come close to matching the price or the 10 year warranty. Thanks also to the first class fitting team.

I had mesh put round the 7 solar panels on my roof. The guys from Eco7 Energy arrive on time and did the job very professionally- so I am looking forward to not having pigeon nests under them in the furure. In terms of price and professionalism I would have no hesitation in recommending this company they are z pleasure to deal with.

We had mesh installed around our solar today. Our first contact was Craig when we made enquiries, he explained the process. It was very easy to communicate with him. We paid upfront and he kept assuring us each time I called to make sure the appointment was still on. Joe and Kai came today to install the mesh, they were both lovely and very professional! The job was perfectly done and they also came promptly even before 9 am. Very impressed with their services. I will definitely recommend Eco 7 services.

Excellent company. The three people who arrived were efficient and did a great job putting anti bird netting around my solar panels.

Eco7 show how business can and should be done. They ticked all my boxes with easy sales process, competitive and fixed pricing, simple acceptance process and first class service delivery. Having previously been messed around by other solar businesses and given excessive (laughable) quotations for my work, it was great to find someone like Craig who cuts the chaff, delivers a good price and excellent customer service. The three chaps that arrived to do the job were timely and courteous, and had the job done in a few hours.

Post-installation update:
**** BUYER BEWARE ****

Both DNO approval/notification and electrical certification/notification are UK legal requirements.

The installers used on my installation did not comply with these requirements, but ECO7 team are now dealing with this for me.

So please check that when you have an electrical job done that they provided you with all the correct electrical safety test and legal notification documentation, and that it is issued for a legitimate approved contractor by checking with the relevant register, as you will be responsible for proving this compliance if you try to sell your property in future.

From start to finish I can honestly not fault this company every one I have spoken to are the real deal so happy I put my trust in them will not hesitate to recommend to family and friends alike

Craig in the office and Lee and the team that did the work were great. Got pigeon protection installed after regrettably not getting this when I had solar panels installed earlier in the year.
Great service and by far the most reasonable price I could find to get this pigeon grating done. Used a solid looking wire mesh which should last well and keep the birds out. Turned up promptly and got it done super quickly as well. Unfortunately something fell off whilst they were doing it and smashed a glass pain on a lean-to greenhouse but Lee said they'd sort it. Ordered a replacement same day and Craig deducted from the invoice. Great customer service, can't fault. Thanks again 👍

Initial feedback was great, good communication prior to install and the lads who did the install were fantastic - no complaints.

After I changed my Wi-Fi network they have been a little slow to respond to get me reconnected after I rang and emailed a few times.

However, since it has been highlighted (through a negative trustpilot review) I have been contacted and the issue has now been resolved.

It shouldn't take a negative review on here to get good customer support, but I think they know that and are working on this. When you do get to speak to them they are knowledgeable and curteous.

Eco7 fitted a new Solax inverter to replace my 12+ year old SMA inverter. Short lead-time for work to be carried out and install + commissioning/setup of WiFi dongle took an hour. Due to atrocious weather, had to wait a couple of days for system to 'wake-up' and it is now active and performing well. Hopefully the Solax with its 10 year warranty will perform at least as well as the SMA. Very pleased with the whole process; engineers also gave advice, at my request re battery storage and siting.

I wanted to wait a few weeks before writing this review. I had pigeons nesting under my solar panels and they were making a right mess of my roof, gutters and patio area etc. I was looking for a company that could fit mesh grill around the solar panels. After much research I was recommended this company from a neighbour on the Nextdoor app. I filled out the form on the company website, and was given a quote from the company. I had several queries that Craig answered fully and put my mind at ease. Also a week before the installation I spoke to Tony who also answered all my questions to my queries fully which put my mind to ease. On the day of fitting, the fitters arrived on time and did a great job. I was very happy with the outcome of their work, it was so neat, you could hardly see the mesh netting. Jo also gave me detail information on how the solar panel battery worked, and how I could add this to my current system. I also spoke to Tony after on the telephone, who gave me even more detail information about this.

There were several other companies I could have chosen to carry out this work. The main reasons I selected this company was because they were recommended, they answered all my queries with no hassle, the company gives you a life time guarantee for the pigeon proofing (which is a bonus), also you receive a proper invoice / guarantee for the work carried out. Thank you again Craig, Tony and Jo and the (the two other fitters). Great work. Bye, bye pigeons!!!

I paid for ECO2 to install a replacement twin stream inverter plus dongle to cover two PV arrays, initially they came and only connected the new two inverter to one array and no sign of a dongle. I managed to get hold of them through Trustpilot after they failed to respond to emails, they were apologetic and they acknowledged their mistake. How to go from 5 to 1 star to 4 star.

Just had luxpower inverter and Pylontech batteries added to my existing solar setup.
Great service, no fuss tidy installation. Very pleased. Well recommended!

After 12 years my mastervolt inverters died so I contacted this company for a quote, spoke to Craig on the phone and had complete confidence in this company. Inverters replaced with Solax inverters in a very professional manner in every way. Paid after fitting was complete, I recommend this company and award the 5 stars! And I am hard to please.
