Dispatch and service is good. Alas, Ecoliving substituted one product for another product that is currently out of stock without informing me. The product webpage, weeks later, still has photos for the a product that is out of stock and not the product that Ecoliving actually has in stock and sends out. It would seem that it's been decided that it's 'all the same innit'. Ecoliving also had trouble with their email and message facilities, which meant that messages didn't get through. Still, when i did actually make contact Ecoliving refunded me and paid for the return postage.
