Shocking company and customer service. Placed an order for €900 and received the wrong items. Econology refused to collect or reimburse when made aware of the issue. Stay well away.

I can also confirm I have been corresponding with a member of your customer services team, who has been both impolite and unprofessional, and appears to be unaware of consumer protection legislation within the European Union. It appears as though your customer service matches the level of competency of your dispatch and logistics operations.

After threatening action against Econology, contacting their executive team, and reminding them of their legal obligations under EU legislation, they have acknowledged that they are obliged to provide the articles which I have paid for and not received.
To your reply: I have indeed provided photographs showing that you delivered the incorrect articles. I am also unable to return the incorrect items received previously because I am not in the country at this time.
You are well aware that under EU law, a two year guarantee of conformity exists, so your position and terms are clearly unlawful. I would suggest you review them immediately.
I am also astonished at the tone of your replies to me via email and via this platform. Let me be clear - you have failed to fulfil your legal obligations under consumer law because of an error on your behalf. You have provided no apology, and continue to infer that this is due to an error on behalf. This is shockingly poor and unprofessional behaviour.
