I ordered 2 electric scooters from this supplier and transferred $4,900 AUD by bank transfer to their nominated account.
After receiving the payment, the supplier repeatedly told me the shipment would be sent “next week”. This continued for almost 3 months and no goods were delivered.
When I reported the payment to my bank and authorities, the supplier asked me to cancel the bank report before providing tracking, which raised serious concerns.
At the time of writing:
• No scooters have been delivered
• No valid tracking number has been provided
The matter has now been reported to:
• my bank
• Australian fraud authorities
• Hong Kong police.
Buyers should exercise extreme caution when dealing with this company.
I purchased an electric scooter almost 3 months ago from this company and transferred $1,450 USD directly to their bank account (JPMorgan Chase Bank Hong Kong, SHENZHEN ECORIDER ROBOTIC TECHNOLOGY CO LTD). After receiving my payment, the seller stopped responding and never shipped the product.
