Disrespectful and Dubious Company to be Avoided

I contacted Ecostream because I wanted to explore air recuperators for my poorly ventilated flat. 

This company made it very clear they didn't want my custom. At all. 

Firstly, they ignored my emails because apparently they went into their junk folder. Even if that were true, ALL businesses these days should understand that genuine customer emails sometimes end up in junk folders and so junk folders need checking regularly.  This company does not understand this at all and does not care. 

They then messed me about for weeks when I was trying to get answers to some pretty basic but important questions. 

I asked valid and reasonable questions about the products in general and the installation process, not relating to any particular model, yet they would not answer them. 

I explained I needed the answers for my freeholder as well as me, but they would not acknowledge this and kept refusing to answer. REFUSING. This is extremely concerning behaviour and I find it unfathomable. 

Whilst they told me there is a more suitable model for my area being released in the Summer, my questions still could have been answered very easily as they were not relevant to a particular model.

I got excuse after excuse about how they've given me accurate information and that the model I would need is being released later in the year. They gave me very little other information and just wouldn't answer any questions! In fact it felt like they were deliberately evading them.  Why?!

I find this extremely suspicious. Why would a company not want to answer basic questions about product and install for potential new customers?? I really don't get it!! 

This company and even the people that own it do not have the first clue about communication or customer service on the most basic level. 

I will no longer consider using this company for any service, due to not only their bad treatment of me but because I don't like their business practices, and I feel like I've had a lucky escape. They show no respect.

Whilst the product could have been good, I never got the chance to find out. It could well be a good product, but this company supplying it are extremely dubious and I am writing this review so that other people can learn from my unpleasant experience with this company. AVOID this company. 

We need to stop giving our custom to poor businesses so that they learn to respect their customers.

Air quality improvement in a block of 1930s flats

We're renovating a block of 1930s flats, which suffer from damp. As part of an insulation and air quality initiative, we've installed Prana units in 5 flats so far, and intend to roll them out across the estate. The units work really well and the tenants love them. Ecostream is easy to work with and responsive.
