I bought the Mary Jane shoes in black and the heel is not like the picture, it’s in black wood... not like the photos

While the bag is very nice aesthetically, for its size there is very little room inside. My laptop and a bottle of water and it’s difficult to get the flap to close securely. Also, when I attached the strap, I did so in a way that made sense to me. However, it ended up pinching the lid and now there are permanent marks from where that happened. I feel like the bag is going to be damaged easily.

I am more than happy with my bag, the quality is really good and it was well packaged. Delivery time was ok, it took about 3 weeks to get to Ireland, just like advertised. You get a tracking number though so you know where your parcel is. It was really well packaged so it arrived in perfect condition. I will definitely be back for more socks and a backpack!

The bag is as beautiful as in the photo and super quality. The package was packed very careful and Ecosusi is very helpful to customers with their fast responses.

Honestly, I was pretty worried when I placed my first order around X-Mas but my orders have all arrived safely. The shoes were a bit stressful for me - having to figure out the right size and measurements - but it turned out fine. I absolutely love them!

I didn't know what to expect, to be honest. I am blown away. I ordered a backpack and a pair of shoes. The quality is great, thick material and great metal hardware and buckles on my bag. The shoes and sturdy and very comfortable! They also look AMAZING, just like the photos. I couldn't be happier!
It took awhile for me to receive my items but the customer service was impeccable, never leaving room for doubt.
I will purchase again for sure.

I ordered shoes according to the size guide they have on the website. The shoes happen to be a little too small but enough to scratch my heel painfully. I contacted the customer service and they told me to send them back to China, tracked from the UK, at my own expense, then I'll receive a refund. I bought the shoes on a 20% off sale and by the time I received my refund they were likely not going to be on sale anymore, so I'd be paying the expensive tracking postage to China and the extra 20% on the shoes if I wanted a bigger size. Personally this has been my worst online shopping experience, I don't buy shoes often and when I do I try for good quality and fit so this has been quite dissapointing. The expense I'd need to go through to get a size bigger is not worth it in my opinion.
