I bought my daughter the Sombre Vintage Briefcase as a gift. The bag looked great but she couldn't figure out how to keep the bag flap closed when in use and didn't mention it to me. When I asked her why she wasn't using the bag she explained and upon investigating I discovered the bag wasn't actually complete and was missing some parts on the closure straps. I contacted ecosusi, sent them some pictures of the bag, and they happily sent me a replacement bag which works as expected now. It had been several months after I originally purchased the bag so I was pleasantly surprised that they didn't give me any grief about not having contacted them sooner. So I'm a bit disappointed that we received a dud at first but I'm very happy with the customer support we received and the final product. The bag looks great and my daughter loves it. She uses it has her high school backpack and it looks so much nicer and cooler than a standard backpack which costs just as much if not more.

My satchel arrived in reasonable time from abroad, great quality and looks as lovely as in the photos.

The bag came well and faster than expected which was a plus. It looks absolutely lovely and its size is perfect for everyday use. The quality can be seen too from the details inside the lining for example.

The quality is unbelievable, I love my bag

I have bought items in the past and it would take months to arrive. The bag designs are cute, but not durable. Will start deteriorating after a couple months. They also do not have SHOES in stock but will sell them anyways. After two months of no shipping/tracking info, I contacted them for a refund and THEN they created a shipping label That day and responded with:

“ Due to your failure to provide your handling advice in time, the warehouse will arrange the shipment according to your order record after your package is restored to inventory. After arranging the shipment, we will not be able to modify the order status of in transit packages. If you need to cancel, please arrange the return procedure after the package arrives at the destination. When we receive the returned package, we will arrange a refund for you.”

Whoever is in customer service needs to get reconsider doing something else. Don’t sell something and claim it as in stock when it’s not even produced. It is manufactured in China so the labor costs are lower. The tracking is non-responsive if you are ordering shoes.

I recently bought a lucky box of 2 bags, the description on the official site claims that I would have received two of any bag of the brand of the same value shown on the site, BUT instead I have received a little pochet with paillettes that reminds me of the ones my grandma used, which clearly is NOT by the ecosusi brand, meanwhile the other one is 2nd or even 3rd hand used crossbag, which came dirty and ruined. Both of them are absolutely nowhere near the style I have seen on the official site. The funny thing is I cannot even ask for a refund. Absolutely one of the worst experience I had while shopping online.

I would give them 5 stars if they handle the bags more carefully!! If only they could put some paper inside so it doesn’t suffer so much in the transit.

The bag is beautiful, with great materials and a lot of quality. This is my second one, and I love it!

The bag was expected exactly like I wanted, it was packaged even better than I expected with really sturdy plastic type of packaging. It also arrived a lot faster than I anticipated and when it came I was so happy with the quality. Even though some people complain about the price it's totally worth it!

This bag is super cute, however this is not safe for your computer as the only thing padded is the center divider. No padding on bottom or sides so make sure you laptop has a sleeve before putting it in your ecosusi bag. Additionally, my pen holders came pre-ripped and my pens just slide right on through to the bottom. So although I look great carrying this bag around I'm pretty disappointed with the functionality- especially for the price.

Was looking for the perfect vintage style cross body bag and this website had it. Really sleek and great color. Stitching on the border is already fraying however and I’ve only worn it a few days. Happy with purchase but do I think it was worth the price? Not really. Maybe half $

It is ok I guess. The bag came with creased sides that looks like it’s been squeezed for a period of time. The one thing I wasn’t expecting was the interior cloth to not be sewn down. You can actually just pull the whole interior up and out of the bag. I like the design of the bag but I would think twice before buying another bag from this brand again.

The material is good quality. I've been using it for months now and nothing breaks or tears. I do feel like there is not much storage space once you put a laptop in it, considering the material is pretty solid (Though I know that's what keeps the bag looking good as new, I do wish it was softer because it would be more comfortable.) I must say I have a BIG laptop that barely fits in there, it works. One last comment is that the straps are a bit too short when you carry it on the side and too long when you carry it on your back. The bag also deforms a little if you carry it on your back when it has considerable weight in it, it starts caving in on the lower part.

The bag is beautiful, but the purse should have clips like the backpack because the snaps are always a struggle to line up! then your purse is left hanging open awkwardly, also I have had mine for about 6 months and the edges are beginning to shed material, so it doesn’t last a lifetime or anything.
