Amazing products and service

Dishwasher tabs individually wrapped?
The only odd thing I found odd, was the individually wraped dishwasher tablets. Why is it necessary to have them wrapped?

Disappointed with lemon toilet cleaning cubes
The lemon toilet cleaning fizz cubes I bought arrived as a bag of powder. I have used it by spoonfuls. It doesn't fizz very much.
The rest of my order was fine.
