Order Never Delivered

Made an order, fully paid, 5 days later I contact the Ecoxtrem as no confirmation email has come. Turns out that the scooter I have ordered is unavailable, although their website did not say so. Chosen another one, confirmed, three days later it still did not ship. They offered a free helmet, but couldn't determine when it will ship, as the shipment company has no open slot for a pick up. I would never ever recommend Ecoxtrem to anyone. For the prices they have, one would assume the customers service would be impeccable. Do not entertain them, their products are not so hot either.
