I sent an email 4 days ago to customer service regarding my order E-AT25-4468329 and received no reply. I also used the contact form and no reply.
Find it quite disappointing.

Everything come alright and very quick.

The package arrived in good time. I just personally thought that it was strange that the outside cardboard box that the Prada frame/case were in had 2 oil drops on it, the outside box very small damage on the corner and that the glasses didn’t fold up all the way and fit into their case in what one would expect from the Prada brand.

The above 5 points are a correction from the 3 that I originally gave. Edel Optics phoned me personally to express their concern about the issues I detailed above and how they could rectify the situation. A new case was promptly sent. I must personally say that any company who takes the time to make sure their customers are satisfied rates high on my list. I would not hesitate to order from Edel Optics in the future.

Great service and the products are superb! The delivery was also very fast, it arrived earlier than expected.

Will totally buy again next time I need new glasses!

Every went very smooth. The sunglasses came very well packed. Nothing to complain.

Looks like the sunglasses from the display or was returned by the previous buyer. No prizm sticker (oakley), no protection film or it is fake?

Got a call from company support, they did assure me it is genuine.

I'm waiting for my sunglasses already more than 2 months. It was advertised that I can get them in max 2 weeks. Otherwise the communication with the company is polite and they respond very fast.

Terrible experience...Wanted to buy a pair of Dita Sunglasses with Kauf auf Rechnung option. I gave all the deatils they asked for and selected the Kauf auf Rechnung option at check out. Only to receive a message after I clicked on pay that the Kauf auf Rechnung option was not available and I had to select another payment method. I contacted Customer Support from Edel-Optica and I was told on the phone they will check and reply via email. In the email they told me that they have no control on the Kauf auf Rechnung option becasue that is managed from an external company, Ratepay. So they could not give an explanation why I was not allowed to use a method that they advertise on their own website. They told me for questions I had to contact Ratepay...so basically they washed their hands and let me deal with the problem...what a terrible customer service ! So they let Ratepay deny potential customers without giving any explanation and they do not even care to understand why and do something about it. It was my first experience with them (first time I tried to order something from Edel Optics) and it will be the last time I even check their websites. There are other webistes around, for examples being Brilledirekt or Otticanet or MisterSpex. These kind of companies like Edel-Optics that have no clue how to be customer oriented and they simply deserve no customers...unbelievably awful customer-oriented philosophy, clueless and nonsensical.

Delivery was quick, the box was a little bit damaged but the content inside was intact.
