SUPERB & EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM PAUL WILSON AT MANSFIELD BRANCH
After poor health I was unsure what sort of mobility scooter I required as Id never had one in the past, so I popped in to the Eden Mobility shop in Mansfield with my wife about 2 years ago and was greeted by Paul Wilson who showed us each scooter and then before we decided, he walked round the market with me riding it, to make sure it was not only comfortable for me but also light enough for my wife to take apart and fit in our car boot. The scooter is excellent and last week I needed something so popped in to see Paul who is always helpful and friendly and polite and he able to send me away a very happy customer. Without Paul's help and support, I dont think id have bought and scooter and would have kept struggling but Paul's advice and business it has given me alot more inpendance and less falls on to rock hard pavements.

Sitting on a cloud again
I needed a replacement pressure relief cushion and visited Eden Mobility in Mansfield. I explained the situation to Paul Wilson in the shop. He explained all the variations of cushion available and their qualities. In the end I selected the cushion that, given his comprehensive explanation, I felt would be most suitable and so it has proved I now have my comfortable seat back again. I cannot thank him enough for his time and effort to help me with my purchase.

What a lovely person Larna is very efficient and knowledgeable. 5 Stars to her alone if you add in Paul with his 5 Stars you have a real winning combination. We visited Eden Mobility on Saturday 13th June to look at appropriate scooters for my husband. We spoke to a lovely youngish gentleman called Paul, he was extremely polite and very helpful. He clearly knew his stuff because he answered everything we asked and we asked a lot of questions. We were made to feel like not normal human beings and not invalids. Very nice guy and will be visiting for our accessories when we get the scooter he has sold us.

Fantastic service. Highly recommended
I went into Eden Mobility, Mansfield, with my mother in law and husband. We were looking for powered wheelchairs for myself and mum in law. We were acknowledged by the lovely Paul Wilson,as he was busy, and looked around waiting to be served. When he was free he gave us his full attention. He was very understanding of our needs and gave us as much time as we needed, he even went past his home time! Hope he didn't get in trouble with Mrs Wilson. We have been into the shop a couple of times previously and always got a very professional approach from him.
We came away extremely happy with our purchases and would definitely recommend Eden to anyone.

Paul was like a breath of fresh air
Paul was like a breath of fresh air. So friendly, knowledgeable and put us,at ease as soon as we walked in the store. He wasn't pushy at all and gave us lots of options to choose from.
A first class service from beginning to end and couldn't have wished firca better sales representative for my uncle.
I would reccomend here and Paul's fantastic customer service to anyone.
