Super helpful and quick to respond to my questions

I needed some help with a product call Euphoria and just as always, their customer service agent Anna jumped right in there and explained exactly what I needed to do. You won’t find better customer service anywhere. I have purchased products like these from many other places and have deleted all the other apps becyeben if I found a product cheaper some place else, I would still come back here and purchase it from Edenfantasys because other places when I have had a problem, well that’s just it, it was my problem because I would get no help from other places or if they did try and help, they were never as nice about it as Edenfantasys if. About three months ago I purchased from a different site and even though I had entered my valid discount code properly, when I hit “pay now”, it somehow removed my discount. I immycalled the company and was told that I must have entered the code wrong or the code was not good or the code expired. Even after I showed them the code was good, all I got was, “ well, I don’t know what to tell you except maybe try the code on your next purchase.” I was so angry, I deleted their app that minute. Now I had the exact same thing happen to me with Edenfantasys and what I got from them was they manually applied the discount and refunded the money to me so fast that the refund was sent thru PayPal while I was still on the phone with the customer service rep. I still can’t believe that happened that fast. I didn’t have to wait 7 to 10 days to get my money back like I do with every other company I have dealt with. So this is my one and only go to place for my personal needs. Thank you Edenfantasys. I am now a lifetime customer. I have no other apps I can even go to check prices and I don’t want to. Have a wondered day and keep up the great work.

We ordered products from EdenFantasys and one of them was defective (would not turn on). Both Abel and Ivy had fantastic customer service walking us through the steps of troubleshooting and eventually getting us a replacement when those steps didn't work. Responses were very quick as well! I also loved the variety of ways you can get in touch with customer service, as I hate talking on the phone.

The website was super busy and kept glitching and wasnt providing the shipping discount.

I reached out via text. Super fast response. They paused my order, let me add a free item i couldnt add before (due to malfunctioning website), and provided the $9 discount for free delivery!!

What made my experience great was my interaction with Anna from customer service. I reached out to customer service through email. I was considering canceling my order. In fact I had sent an email requesting to cancel it. Then Anna replied and helped me. I decided to go ahead with my order afterwards. I think that makes her a great asset for the company. She was very nice and friendly and replied promptly to my emails. Now I'm excited to get my new toys!!

Always shop here for my private items. Packages always arrive on time and with no indication of what is inside (perfect for privacy reasons). Items are of excellent quality and durable. Had a recent issue with a defective product, so I contacted customer service and received a kind reply within a day. Issue was resolved quickly with a replacement, no questions asked. 10/10 customer service. Definitely my go-to sex toy shop.
