untrustworthy and unreliable
i bought a generator gas kit from this company, i spoke to the manager before to say that im not sure i ahve the parts anymore and wont know until i get to spain to check, he said fine, send back and no charges, so ordered just before i went in june 2015, got back end of june 2015 and sent the items back recored delivery straight away, then called after a few days, still not refunded, kept calling and always told yes we will refund, well, they did 4 months later and not all of it, only just found out as going through my accounts, so please be very careful of this company and make sure if any problems , you keep on at them and keep it in writing, they have lost a customer and i hope more people will...so they stole the money from me, ill be seeking a way to get it back.
