Easy drop off and key drop, scan. very helpful staff and pick up car went seamlessly just unsure of extra £10 fee to get out of airport

Space available close to terminal. Signage could be better to assure you you are in Terminal parking.
Overall good experience with reasonable grace period allowing for departure/arrivals.

Apart from some difficulties with airport signposting for multi-storey carpark the booking process , parking process and exiting was easy and simple. Vehicle recognition works well. Would use again

From parking in the multistorey carpark level 4 and taking advantage of the free fast track passageway it took only 13 minutes to get from car to the departure gates. Fortunately I had no luggage to drop but I really was impressed by how quick it can be done even although the airport was very busy. Have used this service in the past and I will certainly do so again. If booked in advance its certainly worth the cost.

The reason that I only gave 4 star's is it is not clearly visible that you drive up the fast track entrance to go to the booked multistorey car park I had to ask one of your staff as I wasn't sure if I was going the right way but once I found i was it was very easy to know the way to the multistorey car park it was also very good parking area and it was easy to exit on our return I will certainly use the multistorey car park for next year's holiday and I would recommend the car park.

Great service and great value did wait a bit longer than usual coming back at night but all good would have gave 5 *if was a little quicker. Do realise probably only one on at that time.

I was charged £10 to exit the car park.
I have a bus pass so I will use the bus for free in the future.

We were able to walk to and from terminal, no need of bus.
Plenty of spaces and good value.

Not clear indication where car is parked on return

I prepaid but the barrier tried to charge me a few hundred pounds on the way out. It has a habit of doing this and I'm starting to wonder if this glitch isn't fixed for a reason...

The call button on the machine put me through to someone quickly though who confirmed my details and I was on my way quick enough.

Works like a treat, great location and easy to use, Book in advance and the price is good too.
