Not clear indication where car is parked on return

I prepaid but the barrier tried to charge me a few hundred pounds on the way out. It has a habit of doing this and I'm starting to wonder if this glitch isn't fixed for a reason...

The call button on the machine put me through to someone quickly though who confirmed my details and I was on my way quick enough.

Works like a treat, great location and easy to use, Book in advance and the price is good too.

So didsapointment in Edinburgh Airport staff. Couldn't even take two seconds to wipe down a wet wheelchair seat before having a disabled person sat in it. Shame on Edinburgh Airport customer service.

It is a longway from the terminal building and the surface is not great to roll cases on. There used to be a bus but the airport has stopped that.

Efficient, plenty spaces, short walk, day rate was better value for a prolonged drop off than the one hour parking

Drove to Edinburgh Airport and then the nightmare started. Which way? Multiple lanes all heading the same way. Oh ? This way? No this way! Oh we’re in the Drop -off zone. Barrier in front of car . We stop . Machine. Big screen wants £8.50? I press button and explain I’m trying to get into Multi-storey car park. The barrier goes up. Phew!! £8.50!
Round we go again, cars everywhere, coming, going, lots of horns honking. AVOID DROP OFF ZONE. Yes dear. My little helper in the car says “we go left, not right” “I know that now”. Whoe! We’re in the Multi-storey. My god how did we do that. All of this whilst driving , avoiding speed humps , other cars multiple lanes , so many signs. Anyway found a disabled space and parked car. I needed my disabled badge for France or do I leave in my car in Edinburgh? Yet another thing to do whilst rushing to catch a plane.
Coming home was a doddle though. Got to barrier and it just opened. FREEDOM.

Very easy to book online and nice to have an option to cancel a booking if needed.
We have used the airport parking many times and it is well signposted. Plenty of spaces.
When we arrived at the carpark the ANPR recognised our car and the barrier went up we did not receive a ticket as per the instructions. I was worried about this so contacted you incase of problems when returning. I received an email stating the system had recently been changed so can I suggest you update your procedures so people know you do not require a ticket anymore.
We will use the parking again.

Everything is fine, I highly recommend this car park.

Arrived at the airport and was put in bay 8. Went to the key storage zone typed in my reg and was given a sticker to put on my key. It was then dropped in the box and I was given a receipt. On my return, I went to the fast track parking where there is a locker box, presented the QR code to the scanner and the locker box opened with my key and on the sticker was the location of my car. Got the car and left. It is really that simple. Would recommend 100%.

This parking was perfect for our group. It took us 5 minutes to walk to our vehicle and it was such a simple entry/exit system. We would definitely use it again.

Stayed in Mid-stay Park for five days after booking online. Signage and directions could be better . No ticket issued at the entrance barrier which meant we had to buzz the office at the barrier to be admitted. On return without a ticket we had to buzz the office again at the exit barrier . Rather confusing and stress you don’t need at a busy airport .
Good location though within 5-10 mins walk to terminal and very good value for 5 days secure parking.

All is The best

This time the parking experience went really well. The NPR worked correctly and let us out without having to get assistance. We managed to park on level two for easy access to FTS. Perfect thank you.

Reasonable price. Automatic gates so no faffing with paper. Easy to get to and from terminal to carpark. Will use again.

Easy parking instructions and access to the Fast Track security.
Normal cost can be expensive but a good deal was found.

Very easy entry and exit. Only a very short walk to terminal building.
