Never ships and customer service is lying

I bought order 3215359 on 21-11-2023 and paid more than $80 shipping fee to US. The estimated delivery date is 27-11-2023, but till 24-11-2023, they even didn't ship it out. I messaged the customer service multiple times, and they said it would be shipped out on 23-11-2023, but it is totally a lie. Till today, it is still not shipped. There is only 3 days left for the delivery date to come, but I'm afraid they will not even ship it.
I am super frustrated since I paid VERY expensive shipping fee, but can't get my order on time. Irresponsive seller.

Edisac backpack

Thanks so much, the backpack is amazing, me and my kid we are so pleased, especially that it came more early than we expected to be. We order it on 6th June, it was sent by La Poste, in France and we were expected to receive it on 12th, but we recieved it on 9. I dont know by whom courier was the delivery made here in UK, but they haven't let me a ticket or note to tell me that they left the parcel at one of my neighbours.
In any case, I am super happy with La Poste serivces and Edisac products, the backpack it's a good quality one and we will be back buying from them. Thank you so much. :D

Very bad service

Very bad service, I ordered an expensive bag that was supposed to be delivered in 24h, its been 9 days and they dont know where the order is, I sent dozens of messages and they dont resolve the problem. Be carefull with this online store.
I wait 2 more days and then will revolve another way!!!

Very poor customer service

Bag arrived faulty, I emailed company asking if I could claim back cost of return postage but got no response put delay down to covid. I then posted bag back anyway as it was unusable. I was then contacted by trustpilot to check if I was happy. When I explained they immediately contacted edisac who then decided to contact me. They said they hadnt received bag back and asked for proof. As soon as I sent proof they said they’d just received it!
I then got a refund for what I paid - no mention of cost of postage to return bag. So this purchase actually cost me over £20 for nothing.

We respond within the day to our mails and requests via the website. Unfortunately your mail did not reach us. If you do not expect an answer you can also contact us via the website or by phone. In our general terms and conditions of sale it is clearly stated that if something is wrong with one of our articles (damage, theft, ...) you should contact our customer service immediately. After that, we will ask you for pictures and we will take care of a solution on the day itself. Unfortunately, you returned the bag at your own expense without letting us know anything. We are therefore unable to meet your request.

ROTTTEN CUSTOMER SERVICE-DON'T BUY FROM THIS CRAPPY COMPANY

Ordered item and their system printed a label with Unites States of Alabama. The state on my order said CALIFORNIA. Item was stuck in CHRONOPOST for a week (I did pay for expedited shipping two days for delivery to the USA) and they did not inform CHRONOPOST for a week, they said they sent email to CHRONOPOST. Today the tracking says item is being shipped back to Edisac. I've asked for a refund as this company is horrible at customer service, blames me for their mistake with the United States Of Alabama they printed on the label and is typical lazy French where they won't go out of their way to ASSIST a customer. Stay away from this crappy company.

Great

I rarely write reviews but I'm so pleased that I feel I have to this time! My order was shipped almost immediately, packed and wrapped really well, their website is so informative which in itself is a testament to how much they care about their customers. Even added a dustbag with the Edisac logo to the bag I ordered. Can't be more satisfied and won't hesitate to order from them again.
