Edison installed a new furnace in my…

Edison installed a new furnace in my home - to the tune of $7,100 - and the technicians didn't set it level. Within a couple of months the drip pan for the air conditioner over flowed and caused water damage in the basement. I had to throw out a carpet, remove the linoleum flooring and clean up the black mold that was under the flooring.
Edison sent someone out 2 weeks after I reported the incident - with black mold I couldn't wait for them so I had to clean up the mess myself. They looked at the pictures that I took and said they would offer annual service for 2 years to make up for it. That was MONTHS ago and I haven't heard a peep from them.
Shop around and find someone more reputable then Edison.
