Hi on April 8 2022 I ordered Three wigs,totaling $59.72 and I received one since I ordered.The wig I received was not what was advertised number one, was not the color or length or quality advertised. Secondly, by ordering "three" I though we'll maybe the other two was coming shortly afterward.So low and behold I go back to track my other two wigs.and EDITH HAIR website is completely closed (stating due to a non payment of site) is still "closed" btw.Anyways so next step I emailed the company and they told me according to the "logistics" your package has been delivered, please contact your local "post office"to ask for help or a refund!

I am outraged at this scamming fake business taking people's hard earned money for missing orders and garbage quality for big bucks! Class action lawsuits I'm in!

Class action lawsuit anyone? this is a federal crime? False advertisement, fraud, money scam, unlegitimately running a buisness, and i doubt they pay taxes or report anything to irs. Im a single parent who does what i can to get by and for me to get scammed over 80 dollars so this m*****f**rs can come up of my dime that i damn near gave my life to make. I think tf not. Please do not purchase anything from either care if you plan on wearing the wig or hair piece that you saw advertised. First of all it is not human hair it is synthetic as a solo plastic cup. Then when you request a refund they try to barter you down to a percentage of the total product price, not including shipping. They also send out wigs that you did not order so please spare yourself the trouble of cashing in on what they feel is a great bargain on wigs.

The hair looks like a child glued the tracks on. It is nothing like the pictures!! They try to offer a partial refund for wigs that are worse than something you would buy with a Halloween costume. Do NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM Edith hair!!

I bought a short black wig in June for $18 the total was about $30 with the taxes. That should have been a clue. I didn't get the wig until Aug 22. It took months to get here and when I opened the package it was blonde. I sent an email requesting a refund and they sent me an email that they were on break. After I complained about that, they sent an email to chose 1 for like 10% refund and I keep the wig or 2 as a complete refund. When I saw the china address and the email telling me that i would have to pay the postage, I knew it was a bust. I'm glad I didn't buy more. Stay away. I didn't want to even give them a 1 star. I wish I had seen the reviews before I purchased but the wigs and website sucked me in.

DO NOT PURCHASE HERE!! This company is a total rip-off! I found them on ebay or never would have trusted them to begin with. I ordered a long, full lace, human hair wig in the mixed color of golden brown/blonde to be sent express mail. It took 2 weeks, regular shipping, and I opened the package to find an orange afro of poor quality that Ronald McDonald & Bozo the clown wouldn't be caught dead in. When I called the number on their website, I got a recording that states the company does not take incoming calls. It's a total scam! I ordered the wig to have for a major milestone event I wanted to attend. Since chemo my hair is thin & spotty. Now I will be unable to attend this event as I don't want to embarrass my family. I tried to give them the benefit of doubt that maybe this is just an order mix up. But when I found their contact number to be restricted from incoming calls, inconsistent email addresses listed, I had to accept the fact that I was scammed. So please beware. I hope someone puts this company out of business.

I ordered 128 dollars worth of what I thought was going to be lace front wigs and what I got was 5 wigs that look like I don't know what this is so wrong I just want my money back

I wish I had reviewed this company before I ordered my hair from them because they sent me a Chia pet wig in the pictures or very different than what day advertised on the website. I tried to contact them and there was no way that I could contact them other than the bogus email and I would receive different emails from someone stating that they was not in charge of what they had sent me. I am disputing the charges and also I recommend everyone to call the BBB or law enforcement to get this company shut down. I will make sure that they will not scam anyone else ever again!!!!! Do not order from this company read your reviews and make sure research the company!!!!

Ordered 3 what I thought to be 3 pretty wigs. Yeah right. First thing they fit in my mailbox. Ok didn’t fuss took in the house. Opening the pack it’s a horrible smell. The hair has a foul odor. Then it’s not a lace nothing ! It looks like Halloween costume hair. My hair is a crimson red with pink highlights so the wig o ordered is red with pink Brazilian lace front ombré wig no red pink nothing. I’m laughing to keep from crying y’all! They won’t answer my email their phone is disconnected. So I just called my bank to stop payment. H the bus company needs to be shut down. I don’t want anyone else scammed this is a joke. They offered me 5$ worth of refund. I asked could they send the correct wig I was told that it’s a special time so no exchange or I could pay to send back to China. Fraud fraud fraud!

Negative star, this website is a scam. They sell 100% fake hair. When you want your money back, they send you a China address to send the hair, and guess what I sent their fake hair back since December, the package is nowhere to be found, meaning they don't want to refund me. Please don't waste your money ordering from them. Please share this review over and over to the point where they shut down their stupid scammer website.

Scammers. Ordered from them and requested a refund within minutes of pick up. They intentionally send the wrong product knowing you will want a refund. They hold your money hostage and negotiate a fraction of the cost as a refund. 10% then 20, then 25 but you have to return the item to China, through customs to Mr. Li. They still have the final say on said negotiated refund, depending on the condition of the item. They make sure they tell you that some returns get lost in customs and they aren't liable.
They wigs are sent from California but have to be returned to China and pass inspection before a refund is issued. No way Mr. Li in China can verify the condition or contents of packages mailed from California.
Through investigating the site, their address of 997 Lexington Ave 10th floor room 202 Ny, Ny is a scammer address for many somethinghair.com ripoff websites.
If you google the return address in China they provide you will find it is a scam as well.
Providing your cc company this information on a chargeback, should be successful.
There are several email addresses associated with edithhair.
They use reviews from AliExpress. They use pics of gorgeous wigs from who knows what website.
There is a review where a girl leaves her IG addy. I contacted her and showed her pics of the website where her review was found and she was shocked. Said she only buys Mellow hair through AliExpress and that is where she posted her review. She said they fraudulently used her review.
The hyperlinks for contacts, customer service etc are all broken. Phone number is non working. The email address sakr whatever is just the negotiator holding a knife to the throat of your money offering to send you pieces through the mail.
Don't give in.
Chargeback.
Their website says they want to make you completely happy. And that they will give you a FULL REFUND if the reason for return is their fault.
The FTC guarantees and protects consumers against fraudulent companies such as this one. Or you get a full refund.
Just use google, screenshot and present the screenshots as evidence.

Aweful I paid and ordered my items for three day shipping waited over a month didn't get product til paypal contacted them they sent cheap dry ugly hair nun like the colors I PAID FOR on top of that they have the nerve to tell me I can only get a portion of my money and they pics on how ugly they are!!!
