Editions Soleil = Aucun respect pour ses clients pourtant fidèles

Je suis collectionneur de BD et donc client : j'ai maintes fois contacter le pseudo "service client" des éditions Soleil via leur inutile formulaire de contact sur leur site web.
Ma première demande remonte à au moins deux années et pourtant je n'ai jamais reçu la moindre réponse de leur part.
Malgré la qualité de leurs parutions je déconseille cette société malpolie et intéressée(à profit commercial, et uniquement à sens unique : "vous achetez, nous vous ignorons" est leur devise).
