Over the last year, I have had the pleasure of working with Sam Samuel from Edward Ashdale on several complex jobs. Despite already being highly recommended to me, It was still a pleasant surprise to be so impressed with the level of professionalism and expertise he brought to the process. From start to finish Sam showed a deep understanding of this area of work and was able to advise me clearly, and explain a number of complex issues. Each valuation he has undertaken for us has been thorough, accurate, and highly relevant, providing the comprehensive professional assessments we needed.
I have no hesitation in highly recommending Sam Samuel and Edward Ashdale to anyone seeking a reliable, knowledgeable and detail-oriented surveyor.

Edward Ashdale is our first experience of dealing with an independent Estate Agency and it is like a breath of fresh air. We know everyone in the office and they know us. There has never been a problem in contacting anyone when we have had a query and each time we have been dealt with in a professional and timely manner. They were very good in finding the right type of tenant for us and we would highly recommend Edward Ashdale.

Owners and renters beware, as your deposit is at risk with this Estate Agent. As a property owner I used this agent to find, vet, draft contract and collect tenant deposit. I received an information pack from the agencies that the tenants money was deposited with DPS in government regulated timeframe, however when tenants moved out and I wanted to withhold monies I found out from the tenants that money was not actually placed in the DPS within the agreed timelines. It came to light that this did not happen once, but on multiple occasions. My experience is that Openrent is certainly more reliable, cost effective and responsive than this agency. No matter what response is provided by this agent I would encourage you to use another Estate Agent.
