The item I received was in excellent condition and sold for a very good price. I would happily buy from this store again

I placed an order firstly ivevstill not received all my goods weeks later and secondly they’ve not sent me what I ordered. Very frustrating.

Very helpful I had a problem with a item that was delivered I emailed the company got a answer back within 24 hours. I sent the item back and received another through the post. Would I buy from Edwards menswear again yes definitely,and I would like to say "thank you Jamie " who was more than helpful on the phone sorting out my issue

Fast service, good prices.

Wrong size sent (ok mistakes happen) but when I tried to contact them my emails were ignored, tried Twitter and Facebook which were also ignored l, then when I eventually got hold of them to return the item the size I wanted was out of stock! Sent the item back at my own expense and neither that cost nor the original postage cost was refunded despite it being their fault!

Not really sure why a menswear shop sells womens Adidas trainers.Quite confusing when buying mens trainers.

Ordered from Edwards a few times now and found their service to be second to none. Orders fulfilled quickly and quality if products is excellent. Recommended to a few friends who also use now. Very good and well worth 5 stars *****

No communication. Placed order over 48 hours ago - order still not dispatched. Have email several times with no response, tried calling their number only to be greated with an automated message saying that they are not available now. I am now requesting a refund through paypal.

I was sent something totally different to what I had ordered according to the website, I was then told if I paid to return the parcel they would refund the postage costs but they didn’t!!

Top company, will recommend to anyone. Returned an item for a different size, it was exchange with no quibbles. Delivery is fast too.

..ordered a lacoste top in the sale, was despatched quickly but then had multiple issues with the courier as it was Xmas and i dont think the shop had any control who was delivering some of their parcels over that period...Spoke to Pete at the shop who got on the case and parcel arrived the next day - So would defo buy again..Good stuff and top well worth it at 50% off!

Incorrect shirt displayed on website.but other items where perfect.

Placed order. Got dispatch email. Items never arrived. Phoned up, got an explanation of sorts then one of the items sent out next day. Was told on that day I was being refunded for the other item. Waited 10 days and nothing was refunded. Made a call and was refunded immediately. Just seemed to need prompted. Friendly enough staff, great offers and I will use again and I've used before. Just had bad experience this particular time.
