Problem free service for years and prompt support

I had used MyFax services for years without any issues arising. Their online support was always very prompt and dealing with Elizabeth V on account matters was very pleasant and swift. I can only recommend them to anyone who needs an online fax service

Iraia was awesome!

Iraia was very understanding about our closing of our account for the reason that we are closing the company using this service. She was very prompt at finding our company information and very clear in explaining the process of closing an account. I especially appreciated that she requested that we be reimbursed for a charge that was just put on our card for the coming year. Fraud / thieves

Fraud / thieves. They refuse to refund money even after I have asked for over 6 months to cancel my account, they keep telling me to log in. I tell them their site continues to not work properly and I cannot log in. They charge me AGAIN. 100% thieves. It's sad that they are so desperate for money that they have resorted to stealing from people.
