Lais should be the CEO of the company

Lais should be the CEO of the company - seriously! She stayed in constant communication with me until my issue was resolved. Lais was able to fully resolve my complex billing issue. I had contact with several people at efax while dealing with my issue and Lais was the person who kept working at it until it was solved.

Eleonora needs a raise!!!

Eleonora quickly responded to my phone call about updating my company profile to remove my retired supervisor and adding myself to be allowed to access the account. Eleonora is very gentle and calming when speaking to her. She is a great representative of your company.

Excellent Service - Patrice

I was on the phone with Patrice regarding some eFax issues we were experiencing in our company. The support was excellent, everything was explained thoroughly and Patrice made sure to repeat a couple of times when I was unable to grasp the concept. Very patient and calm, he was able to pinpoint the issue even with the small amount of information I was able to provide
