Effy Jewelry Reviews 

I’m currently on Celebrity Beyond cruise ship they are selling EFFY cheap jewelry just like Royal Caribbean. This jewelry is low end and should be sold at Walmart

This store is a complete scam. I will never make a purchase here again. I spent three days negotiating with a supervisor at the Effy store on an MSC cruise ship. From the beginning, I made it clear that I was only interested in 18k gold, not the 14k gold they usually sell. On the last night of the cruise, around 11 pm, the supervisor sold me two rings and a bracelet, assuring me they were all 18k gold with white and yellow diamonds. He claimed he was too busy to prepare the certificate at the moment and would send it to my room after they closed.

The next day, which was also the last day of the cruise, I received the certificate and was shocked to find that it stated the rings were 14k gold and contained only white diamonds. There were no yellow diamonds—just some yellow gold around the stones to make them look like yellow diamonds. I immediately contacted a cruise ship supervisor, and they got in touch with the Effy store supervisor. I asked him to put everything in writing, and this is what he sent:

*"I'm writing the email to make sure we are going to find a solution to exchange the gold from 14k to 18k in the ring she purchased, and that the warranty will cover anything that happens with the pieces, and that the upgrade can be done with another value that is not double the value purchased. Thank you."*

I waited over two weeks for a response. They finally got back to me, only to say:

*"They will contact you to get a special order to make the same ring in 18ct gold, but unfortunately, there will be a cost involved. They will try to minimize it as much as they can."*

So here I am, having already paid around $20,000, and they have the audacity to ask me to pay extra. It’s been almost two months, and I haven’t received the refund after I sent the items back the day after discovering the scam. This is for something sold to me as 18k gold and yellow diamonds that turned out to be 14k gold and white diamonds. Save your money and avoid these scammers at all costs.

Fed exp did not deliver my package. We waited and waited at home. When I called them yesterday, I was informed it will be delivered by 8 pm. Now am told to pick up my package. No thank you. I really like the jewelry I purchased (3 rings). If I have to pick it up then I have no choice but to cancel my order.

i love EFFY, I trust them100%. I have a bracelet that need to be length and they were glad to do it. I also bought a lot of Jewelry on the recent Charter Cruise and once I got home I sent the needed funds to release my items from hold. I can hardly wait for them to show up > show I can show the piece around. I love it. And again I will say the cruise was great.

The staff was great and very helpful. The jewelry was exquisite and beautiful. The staff was very pleasant.

Nice item for my grand daughter who loved it , said it was soooo cute and elegant on a cruise ship she was on. Too pricey for her as she is 18 years old . So this grandma bought it as a Christmas gift. Too pricey for me too as I am in social security , but the joy on her face will be priceless.

I love Effy Jewelry! The most beautiful pieces I’ve ever seen! Of course, I have to say the watercolor collection is my favorite! Everyone at Effy is so good to work with and I’ve never been disappointed!! And I’m always looking forward to the next beautiful piece I’m going to get!

I was unaware of the amount of import duty applied to the delivery. Big surprise.
AU $90 delivery. + AU$268 duty.
Added a lot to the purchase.
I am really happy with the piece, but will only buy while on a princess cruise from now on.
So that will not be often.☹️

When I finally received my Husbands ring, it was all we hoped it to be and more, but my experience with FedEx was disastrous!! Their customer service was below average, and it took three days extra to receive my Husbands ring!!

I have purchased 4 pieces of exquisite jewelry from Effy, and every piece is beautifully designed and constructed with quality. The value of my jewelry for the investment is outstanding! Thank you, Effy!!!!

I have been unable to get my jewelry because of the restrictions placed by your company.

You make it too difficult to get any packages. Most people have to work and are unable to be available for signature deliveries. I order a lot of items including jewelry from other vendors, but I have never seen the type restrictions placed that I can not pick up what I bought.

I will not buy more items from your company because of these rules and restrictions.

The jewelry is perfect and delivery was fast.

First experience using Effy online. Simple to use web sight and ring arrived on time. Will probably use web sight again as our cruise days are limited.

The last two purchases from Effy have been disappointing to say the least. A red ruby ring posted on their website came in pink and not red.

It was celebrating our 40th anniversary which is ruby and to match my wife’s red ruby pendant. My wife liked the ring but not the color.

I don’t believe I will be using Effy as my to go jewelry connection in the future. Very upsetting as it took me hours to find the right ring and no match.
