Very very poor service

Delivered to the wrong address, chased to be told they were delivered, were due to be delivered on a Tuesday, the recipient received them Friday from the person whose address they were delivered to. In addition, the flowers were left outside at the incorrect address and no card was posted, by the time the incorrect recipient found the flowers they were in a very sorry state. To make matters worst these we sent to a friend who's mother has died unexpectedly, so who knows maybe this is a new trend sending dead flowers to honour the dead? I am still trying to get the company to refund the cost of the flowers. In summary, I would never use this service again, first and last time, approach with caution

I purchased the “large” Moonlight…

I purchased the “large” Moonlight bouquet for my wife to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. They were delivered on time with the free “box” of chocolates.
To say the bouquet looked nothing like the advertised photograph would be a huge understatement. They were practically dead and very sparse..something you’d expect to pay less than £3 at a supermarket (if they were in good condition). Goodness knows what the small boutique looks like!?
Overall, very underwhelming and disappointing. Needless to say, I won’t be using this company again.

Overpriced and poor quality

The amount of money you spend for the joke of a bouquet that turns up will be your super villain origin story. If you can go and buy the flowers yourself.
