Theflowers didn't arrive. The first occassion was because evri said it was too late. The next time was because evri said it was too large. Both times flowers returned to eflorist. Got a full refund 8 days after they should've been delivered.

I have used Eflorist 3 times now & the most recent was to send flowers to my Mother in Law following her recent stay in hospital. Once again Eflorist came up trumps! She said that it is the most beautiful bouquet she has ever seen.
Ironically it turned out that the local French florist chosen by Eflorist is known to my in laws very well on a personal level.

Bouquet was underwhelming and did not look like the pictures. Disappointed.

wasnt delivered, raised a polite complaint, twice in 24 hours the person helping doesnt understand what im saying, even though I am clear. I am still without a parcel and im getting quoted T&Cs which are irrelivant, because the individual cant grasp what has actually gone wrong here.

Beautiful blooms but by searching on carnations, I really expected more than five!
Food sachet was difficult to take off paper due to sellotape & eventually split with fluid everywhere except the blooms!
Reported to Customer Service who were of little help!

Always a bit hit and miss with selecting flowers online, but I have to say the flowers organised by Eflorist were absolutely beautiful. The recipient sent me photos as they were so delighted with the selection of flowers. Well worth the price.

Done what wanted

Flowers were delivered a day late after traveling in the delivery van for one day then travelled all next day till 16:00. When opened they were of poor quality, the box was broken open and were nearly dead

I am disgusted

If I could give 0 score I would have my husband get me flowers every year for anniversary,birthdays,Christmas and sometimes for no reason, when my flowers arrived the didn’t look too healthy but followed the instructions and let them in fresh water to revive as the info stated unfortunately the just got worse I did wait to give a few day incase they improved. My husband did complain but told left it to long !! On the up side my sister got me some from the supermarket and they were beautiful but only thing to do is vote with you feet and don’t use Eflorist again
