I order my daughter 1 year birthday cake and when i open cake at home tip side message writing 15 year birthday then after i contact shop they didn't give proper answer.
Its not good shop and customer care

I am writing this review to urgently warn others. This was my SECOND time getting severely ill from cakes purchased here.

Upon getting home, I immediately noticed the fresh cream had a disturbing yellow tint. After just one spoonful, I was violently sick all night.

Deeply concerned for public safety, I called the shop. I explained what happened and clearly stated I was calling as a health warning, not primarily for a refund. The manager's response was appalling. She said, "What do you want me to do?" and then PUT THE PHONE DOWN ON ME.

This is a business that sells spoiled, unsafe products and then shows zero remorse or responsibility when confronted. Their negligence made me ill, and their contemptuous customer service made a terrible situation infinitely worse.

I would give zero stars if possible. Do not risk your health. I am reporting this incident to the local health department. The shop is located in Northfield-Birmingham.

Today I visited Eggless cake shop Glasgow, Manjit was helping me choosing the perfect cake for my birthday. She is a credit to myself for
ensuring my cake was to the best quality.

I went into the cake shop at Sinfin Moor shopping Centre. As I walked into the shop I looked at all the beautiful cakes I noticed now they make vegan cakes. I went in to enquire about this and behind the counter. A beautiful young lady came to the counter her name was xhiyanti I might of have spelt it wrong, but I won’t forget her kindness, gentleness politeness and the depth of knowledge that she explained to me all the options available. My son always picks up the cakes from there and I was just in this area, and I popped in myself, and I just want you to know that the service in the politeness of this young lady goes far beyond the call of duty, and I hope. Her employers noticed this and give us some bonus or something even promotion. If it was me, I would’ve done so very pleasant young lady. It’s very rare to see this kind of service nowadays I’m a 70-year-old man and I know what I’m talking about. God bless her little heart, so pleased to have met her.

We were very disappointed with the Customer Service. It was a horrible first time experience and we will not be buying again from the Harrow Branch. The staff believe they can make up lies to cover themselves and no real value for duty of care was shown.

We placed 3 orders, all collection for Dec 2024. All for milestone birthdays and so we wanted to make them memorable for our kids. We were left embarrassed and it was money wasted.
First occasion the extra decorations we place on the expensive cakes broke off as they melted and did not stay on. The cakes were too sugary. When we mentioned this, they said nothing can be done.

Second collection the name of the cake was spelt incorrect even though it was for the same person picked up on the first occasion and all orders were placed by the same Manager. It took ages to correct and we were promised the third collection will be fine.

On the third occasion the cupcakes were not pre-packed as we wanted, even though we paid for the casings, the flavour was incorrect and the fresh cream pipework was not the same on all the cupcakes and the mini mouse photo was blurry. They didn't think to ring. Apologise. Fix. Nothing.

Even now we have said that we want a part refund and vouchers as compensation and good will-gesture but it's been a month and staff/Managers do not care and have no even rang once to follow up.

I went to cake shop to get a mango slice of cake for my daughter. The shop at Asda Walsall. As she started eating the cake she saw a hair inside the cake. I know mistakes can happen but not hair in your cake. They need to put hair net on. The lady wasn't even wearing a apron. Very disappointed. I took it back to get my money. Not sure if I want go there again.

I am amazed at their expertise in fresh cream cakes, each bringing its unique flair. The taste is so fresh and light with just the right amount of sweetness.

absolutely disgusting service. made all the promises in the world then didn't deliver on any of them. not the size, not the kind of cake, not the trim or the decorations or anything. completely messed up the cake then tried to put lies in our mouth and made us wait half an hour and ignored us multiple times before refunding. do not buy from this place even if you're held at gunpoint. would give 0 stars if I could.

I recently ordered a vanilla sponge cake for my son’s 20th birthday, and I must say it exceeded my expectations. The quality and the presentation of the cake was impressive, and the flavors were exquisite. The staff (Anjali and Jalpa) was friendly, and the ambiance added to the overall delightful experience. I highly recommend trying their cakes!

I ordered a pineapple flavoured eggless cake with fruit and Oreo topping for an engagement celebration. I asked for less fresh cream and they were happy to oblige. The cake was beautiful and tasted divine! Not too sweet and everybody loved it.

I ordered a novelty birthday cake from their Harrow branch in London for my son's 21st They were attentive and asked about allergies. They listened to what I needed and rang me to make sure before the cake was completed. The cake itself not only looked great, but tasted great too. Thank you!

My son, who is allergic to milk, recently suffered an anaphylactic reaction after eating two spoons of a cake from the egglesscakeshop, which was given to us in a box with vegan and gluten free labels on the top of the packaging.

The cake was definitely not vegan, and when I visited the shop to find out what had happened, I was told by the manager that the packaging is generic and does not reflect what is inside the box. She said they do not even sell a cake that is both gluten free and vegan. This packaging is misleading and highly dangerous.

Nine days after visiting the shop and leaving my contact details, and also having subsequently emailed them directly, they have still not contacted me to even acknowledge the incident. Appalling customer service.

I have reported them to the Vegetarian Society, who have investigated. The shop told the society they will update their packaging, but it will take 3-4 months to come through, and in the meantime staff will cover the vegan marking on the boxes. In my view there is still a huge opportunity for human error, with potentially life threatening consequences, so I wanted to publish a public review of our experience to make others aware.

If you suffer from allergies, are coeliac or vegan, be very careful ordering from this shop.

I order cake 1st time from the cake shop. The cake was excellent. Love the layaway in the cake. The price was affordable. The taste was brilliant and it was not too sweet.

I have ordered from another place they are so sugary plus too many sweets. But this cake shop is super.

Good services. I will recommend endless cake shop.
