We didn't have any problems getting from the airport of Hurgada to the Empire Beach Resort. The driver was waiting for us outside the terminal and delivered us to the hotel fast and comfortably.

Airport transfer at aswan was efficient and trusted.

This company is a TRICK Company- DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! I would give 0 stars if possible.
They will promise to pick you up early in the morning and then they won't turn up, even if you have confirmed booking. It's a waste of time!! There a million if better companies here that will actually hold their word and come and pick you up.

Great service and well priced. Travelled from Hurghada airport to Titanic Beach hotel. Communications were clear and timely, both before and after plane arrived. Driver name, car description and registration provided ahead of arrival. Driver and a tour manager met us on arrival with our name on a board. Very polite and spoke good English. Have booked again for return to airport at the end of our holiday.

Fantastic service, we were messaged a few days before and everything was explained to us, and our driver tracked our flight and messsged us when we landed letting us know where to go and meet him, he provided water which was very needed by that time, and he explained different sights along the way which made it an enjoyable transfer, he was very polite and friendly, quality service!

Very easy online booking through Booking.com. Spotlessly clean car and very polite and helpful driver. No detours, quickest route to the hotel taken in very helpful with moving baggage. Would book again!
Cons
Take note that they take the pick up time from the time the flight lands, not the time you have actually booked. The poor driver waited 2 hours as plane landed 10:25 and I had booked pick up for 12 to take into account visa purchase, passport control, collecting baggage etc

We took a transfer from the airport to our hotel and the driver was very friendly. The journey was perfect. We’ll definitely use this service again.
