Stay away from this dating site

I signed up for two days , it was not the dating site for me , they kept sending me matches that were 150 miles away , even after scaling down to 30mile distance. People were not pleasant on there after only interacting for 24 hrs I realised it was not for me . I asked for a refund and I was told no refund and there were going to charge me £65 for nothing, saying they sent me a profile package that I didn’t ask for at a cost of £150. Stay away from this dating site it’s one of the worst out there. Do your research that’s all I can say.

EHarmony is pants!

I will be paying £10 every month for another 18 months because it’s too late to cancel. I have not yet met any genuine person on here and those who reply or like you then don’t bother responding after first message it can only be a scam I’m no picture but I doubt I repulse all the ppl I have liked or written to so I guess by those odds this is a con don’t waste your time and hard earned cash

He Harmony is hoping you don't realize…

He Harmony is hoping you don't realize that you won't catch there auto renewal so they can ding you for a thousand bucks. There normal service isn't that much. They were better 8 years ago then today. Lazy service. Hardly any new people. Slow customer service. They should be ashamed of there practices. If I could give them negative stars I would.

If I could put no stars I would.

If I could put no stars I would.
DON’T GET YOURSELF TIED INTO THIS!!

If you sign up you will be paying an extortionate amount for a full year even if you cancel your profile and don’t use the site.
Personally, I had no success on here. Maybe that’s just me but the one and a bit months I tried this for, really wasn’t worth the £300 odd I will have paid.
They’ve then sent me an email telling me the subscription continues for another 6months ie they’re going to continue charging me for another 6 months. Unbelievable.
I tried Bumble after here…. It’s much cheaper and has no tie in. Also much nicer matches.

Personal choice but I wouldn’t recommend e harmony.

Expensive

Firstly wanted to say that I’ve found my match through the site!! But unfortunately this was at a large expense as I met them within the first month of being on the site. I asked for a refund but advised out of policy and no refund could be offered. If considering this site I would consider other options first as expensive with no refund or limited subscription offers.

The pricing is a scam

The pricing is a scam. Says you have a 14 day cooling off period but they charge you for a personality questionnaire once you try to cancel so you don't get all the money back. I'm currently taking them to court to try and get my money back. Please don't be fooled by them and make the same mistake as me :(

Poor service

E Harmony are quick to take your money, but the matches they have provided have not been in my perameters . I asked for within a 50 mile radius of where I live, I’ve had matches from all parts of the UK and abroad, I live in Manchester. I have tried to cancel my membership and been told I can’t until 2027. At the moment I paying for a service that’s not being provided, I can’t even get on the website now, when I try to log in, it asks me to validate who I am by entering a code sent to my email. I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve asked for a code and not received. I’m so annoyed now, I’m thinking of just canceling my direct debit with them!

Years ago I used this app for more than…

Years ago I used this app for more than 4 years, I confirm what other reviews say, you need to know that the people there are almost inactive, since I told to the support that I have a stalker every account that contacted me got blocked for “having violated their terms” so I had no one with whom to talk in the last years of my subscription, paying for nothing month after month. Recently I tried with a new phone and new email to create a new account for free as I won’t risk again like it had happened before and the support don’t understand that I have an issue with their system, instead they asked me the id but they answer like I have to verify my picture and video, I still didn’t use any picture or video and they ask me also the document, the age and the picture. And I haven’t any ID, I didn’t register, their system won’t send me the validation email for first registration. I mean that this had to be a new profile, I still haven’t registered. Do you send your documents and picture when you register your account on a new app? Have I to trust them sending them my dates after they have blocked everyone that contacted me? Was maybe a convenience for them to appair there with my verified profile? I could also think that it’s my stalker that works for them and blocks everyone. What’s their issues, that I regularly finished to pay and didn’t accept their offers? That I changed dispositive and email? I never had issues, I paid it in full month by month even if I didn’t talk with no one, they blocked everyone (ALL) who contacted me, but not me, the other accounts were violating their terms and it’s me that now they treat with no care and attention and as I’m the one to need to be checked? I advice you not to waste your money, there is plenty of people on other app that are talkative and you won’t be asked the document and the picture for a first registration

SCAMMERS

SCAMMERS

Joined for less than 48hrs, was not provided with any kind of decent service whatsoever. Cancelled and within 2 hours the had took a 2nd unauthorised payment from my account! And when they delete your profile there is no way of contacting them to issue a refund. I’ve had to raise a dispute with my bank. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS MOB!

I had their service for 20 hours

I had their service for 20 hours. Unbeknown to me I had to pay £65 to cancel. They make up additions that you cannot say no to or you cannot move forwards on their site. They are robbing people out of money any way they can if you cancel. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR DONT SIGN UP TO THEM. GO OUT AND MEET PEOPLE INSTEAD. BSTARDS IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT.

DON'T SIGN UP....

Can't deliver what they claim.
Then when you tell them they will refuse to refund you, even if you have not been able to use their site.
My advice - DON'T.

Charlatans

Scammed. Beware! Forget that there are hardly any women on their platform. If you cancel within the cooling off period they will charge you for a £130 personality profile you didn't want or ask for. They sneak it into the terms of signing up. Unbelievably shady practices. It's no wonder people are completely fed up of these apps and match groups stock is tanking. Don't give your money to these charlatans!

Would give zero stars but not able.

Would give zero stars but not able.
Basically make you sign up for a service that they make out is far more superior than any other free service out there... I pay about £32+ per month... hardly used my profile as the interface is shocking and the available profiles are minimal. When I asked to cancel do to this they refused and said i should set my availablesearch much wider... like i want to travel 100miles for a date, I asked what extra they are actually providing compared to hinge for example, and they cant justify. OUTRAGEOUSLY OVER PRICED ! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! DONT ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS OR IF YOU FIND A MATCH, JUST WANT YOUR MONEY.

Also, if u did find you match you would still have to continue paying them for the whole year... absolutely disgusting excuse of a company.
