As an aquarium service provider we are getting away from Eheim. We can no longer recommend or use Eheim in good faith due to lack of parts availability and non existent customer support for the US market.

Problem with support is you just have to wait. I experienced the same thing 25 min on phone. Finally after third call let it wait. Get the correct person your in business. Just be very patient, they will hook you up. Excellent reputation. Never buy anything else. Canister filter Excellent. Heaters they take care of you. Be patient with phone call.

I had a problem with a leaking filter, and called them to understand which material they use foor the filter bucket, so that I could identify the right glue. Wirhout any discusion, they offered me replacement and sent it out the next day. Thank you, Eheim!

I bgought the Eheim experience 350 filter. Really poor quality, not what I was expecting for the price:
- It has no priming button, you have to manually suck through the filter to create a siphon, when it is dirty you will be sucking nasty filter water.
- The clamps that secure the lid are cheaply made, they come off very easily .
-It does not come with any connectors for the inlet/spray bar, you are supposed to cut off bits of hose to make makeshift connectors, again, very cheap.
- The hoses do not have any mechanism to secure properly onto the filter, the hose came off mine and dumped so much water out into my house
- It is also pretty loud

No customer service at all . (Emailed them but got no reply or confirmation , if they got my email that I sent)

Garbage! Support does not exist anymore

Worst customer service there is.

I have an incpiria 430 which cost a LOT of money. It ended up having an unsightly mark because of an EHEIM official suction cup. Nowhere did it say that you shouldn't attach those to the vinyl of the top border.

I filed a complaint with them in JULY 2023. After a LOOONG back and forth of emails they told me they would send me just the vinyl. It is the 7th of February 2024 and it's clear they won't send me anything.

Great customer service. I had an issue with missing parts from a chain store. They immediately responded to my email and immediately sent out replacement parts. I will shop eheim first.
