I bought the Eheim experience 350 filter. Really poor quality, not what I was expecting for the price:
- It has no priming button, you have to manually suck through the filter to create a siphon, when it is dirty you will be sucking nasty filter water.
- The clamps that secure the lid are cheaply made, they come off very easily .
-It does not come with any connectors for the inlet/spray bar, you are supposed to cut off bits of hose to make makeshift connectors, again, very cheap.
- The hoses do not have any mechanism to secure properly onto the filter, the hose came off mine and dumped so much water out into my house
- It is also pretty loud

Worst customer service there is.

I have an incpiria 430 which cost a LOT of money. It ended up having an unsightly mark because of an EHEIM official suction cup. Nowhere did it say that you shouldn't attach those to the vinyl of the top border.

I filed a complaint with them in JULY 2023. After a LOOONG back and forth of emails they told me they would send me just the vinyl. It is the 7th of February 2024 and it's clear they won't send me anything.

I bought the CO2 Komplet set. It say's "Made In Germany" on the front of the box, however on opening the box I found that the main part of the set, the regulator, clearly says "Made In Italy" on it. I emailed Eheim twice regarding this (attaching photos to state my case) and they haven't replied. I'm disappointed: I've been using Eheim equipment since 1974 and expected another example of world renowned German engineering. In summary: MISLEADING PACKAGING, NO COMMUNICATION FROM EHEIM.
