I purchased the gold eid Mubarak set
I purchased the gold eid Mubarak set. Sadly the foil balloons were faulty. The E in eid wouldn't blow up due to a hole somewhere in it and also the R in mubarak. This made the foil balloons a real disappointment when they were hung up.

as we did let you know that the order was already processed for dispatch so the additional item could not have been added. Looking at the emails, we replied to you on the same working day as the email was sent, as you can understand we do not have someone on email customer service 24/7 as a small business.
I wouldn’t buy shown as they were plastic plate and looked cheap
