Poor Customer Service
I placed the order and paid £10.99 for next day delivery so that I get my goods before Eid for which I had 3 days to go. Easy I thoght.
Nothing arrived and no contact at all. I contacted Eid Party the day after Eid who said the delivery will not arrive and they will send out the parcel again....
I explained there is no point and would rather get a refund as Eid has now passed.
They removed the delivery charge and still sent the items at full cost and now I have a box full of Eid decorations which arrived 5 days after Eid and cant use.

I always see everyone recommending Eid…
I always see everyone recommending Eid Party online so I decided to purchase an Eid decoration package.
The balloons sent with first package were appalling I had 3 with holes, 2 I could blow up properly the rest were oddly shaped or burst whilst blowing up.
I contacted company and they were great, sent another set out which I received after Eid. Again the balloons were a fail. Looks like a supplier issue however not good regardless.
The customer service was great and prompt. The 2* for the faulty goods. I am pending my refund so hopefully this doesn’t take long.
I’d recommend avoid balloons but the rest of the stuff were good.

The items I ordered were gifts
The items I ordered were gifts , however the packaging was appalling - 1 of the items had the price written on the box so no way to remove. Both packaging damaged. Boxes open and cello taped back very messily.
Unfortunately a disappointing shopping experience. I have purchased from your guys at various exhibitions etc where packaging not up to scratch but did not expect this standard from online shopping.
No issue with actual items inside box but unable to gift.
