Stütze immer wieder defekt. Nie wieder!

Die Stütze von Eightpins wurde bei meinem E-MTB vom Werk verbaut. Leider hat diese immer wieder Probleme gemacht und damit die Freude an einem teurem Fahrrad (UVP ca. 8.000€) absolut zu Nichte gemacht. Die Sattelstütze wurde zuerst im Rahmen sehr Locker und drehte sich dadurch wie ein Bürostuhl. Zuletzt hat die Sattelstütze dann nicht mehr richtig arretiert und ließ sich einfach per Hand nach oben ziehen. In den Foren konnte ich die Probleme wiederfinden.
Wenn man sich die Preise der Stützen dieses Herstellers anschaut, sind solche defekte absolut inakzeptabel.

Höflich gestellte Anfrage bzgl. wirrer Informationen auf der eigenen Internetseite auch nach mehreren Wochen und zwischenzeitlich 2 Rückfragen ignoriert.
