We ordered wheel spacers with screws…

We ordered wheel spacers with screws for a Mercedes G-Class. Due to an error on our part regarding the centre distance, we wanted to return the parts for an exchange or refund.

The return was refused on the grounds that the parts showed slight signs of handling, even though they had never been fitted. No commercial gesture was offered to us: a categorical refusal to take them back and return costs entirely at our expense.

We therefore advise you to check your order carefully before purchasing, as this supplier shows no commercial flexibility and does not offer any arrangements in the event of an error.
