I am extremely disappointed!

I am extremely disappointed with this restaurant. They denied entry to us because of our service dog, which is a direct violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Under the ADA, service animals are allowed to accompany their handlers into public places, including restaurants.

The staff demonstrated a lack of understanding of the law, and it was a frustrating experience to deal with this kind of discrimination. I hope the management takes the time to educate their team about the rights of individuals with service animals to ensure this doesn’t happen to anyone else.
