Order never received.
I placed an order for a Christmas present back in November 2021, it was a personalised pet portrait for my mum.
The communication was awful from the get go. I initially got an email addressed to a different person advising it was going to be later than expected. I then messaged a few days before Christmas and was told that the artwork had been lost. I had to message a few times to get this update.
I was promised the artwork after Christmas which I advised I was happy with and they sent out a sample to give to my mum on Christmas Day.
I had to chase getting my deposit back which was finally returned to me but was reassured my artwork would be posted out.
We are now in May 2022 and despite me messaging every few weeks, I still have not received my order. Keep getting excuses when I actually get a reply and absolutely nobody has taken ownership to get my order sorted.
Awful communication, awful customer service. Extremely disappointed. Would not recommend using this company.
