Thinking of fitting a new boiler, Spoke to John in technical today at EHC,
very helpful and informative, answered all my questions and concerns, not quite ready for the boiler yet but will certainly be going to this company.

I manage a large private retirement development, many of the homeowners approached me seeking assistance with sourcing a Company that would change their heaters. I found EHC and as they are a local company I contacted them. It's been a great choice as they have removed older storage radiators and fitted modern electric heaters within many of the apartments. The homeowners are delighted, very pleased because the work was carried out on time and the fitters make no mess Special mention to Paul D. as he has carried out most of the work. I was that impressed that I actually had EHC fit two new radiators in my own home. I would highly recommend this company to anyone thinking of upgrading their heaters.

Slim Jim boiler failed in 2020, had to buy by a brand new one. Then the new boiler’s PCB (motherboard) failed last week. Unreliable product.

Two years ago I purchased five German radiators from the EHC and have had a great experience every time I contacted them. Customer service and technical support staff are all a joy - very helpful, accessible and personable.

Recently, I've realised I needed an additional (final) radiator in the same range. As its cost was near prohibitive, I felt I had to approach them and was delighted that the company was able to offer me a discount for OAPs affected by the loss of winter fuel allowance.

Dealt with Craig whose customer service was top notch regarding a 3 phase electrical boiler. Nothing was too much of a problem and his advice and knowledge are second to none. Brilliant company to deal with who know their stuff. Highly highly recommended.

Have only just unpacked my new heater today. Is now in the wall and working perfectly.
Delivery was just a couple of days after ordering. The van driver took it off the pallet and carried into our hall.
We now have four visage heaters. This one was to replace an old storage heater in the kitchen which only gave up working this year.

Tried to source a replacement controller for some heaters....this was the only company who responded in person....fantastic. After an exchange of a few emails, and photos, John called me back and guided me to the required controller on their website...Fantastic Service !!

Customer service was outstanding, delivered quickly and packed well. Hasn't been cold yet to test it to it's full potential. However looks good and easy to install

Fantastic assistance and advice from John (Product Support Engineer), who was incredibly helpful, patient and understanding who helped me reset our boiler and got it all working again. I could not have done it without him!

Rob Sale was fantastic. He talked through the electrician, what to inspect on the system, found the fault and supplied me the part, next day.

Fantastic service, and so refreshing to receive such personal service in this modern digital world.

Another first class service from the professionals I always use this company for electric radiators and nothing seems to be a problem, radiator delivers as promised the very next day and John Webb is a star performer nothing is a problem to him, keep up the good work

Exceptional electric radiators that are very easy to control via the App and produce great output. The EHC Team were also very helpful and I would highly recommend.

So far all good 👍 the people Iv felt with on the phone or on line have been brilliant! Delivery was spot on and the delivery guy was mega helpful with dropping pallet off.
Iv not had the boiler or tank fitted as yet that’s being done next week but if all goes aswell as it has so far I’m sure there will be no problems.
