Excellent Service!

I recently had a need to contact this company for a spare part. The Intercom system in my house dates to early 1990 and has recently failed. Their Rep was most courteous and helpful and guided me to identify the system in question. At the end the Rep concluded that spares had run out some 10 years ago, but gave me useful advice in how to proceed. The Rep spent considerable time supporting me even when it was obvious that I would not be able to buy anything from their company. Brilliant - Well done!
