Just a word of warning

Just a word of warning, if you are thinking of purchasing an Electrolux Group product in the UK, don't! Unless you like spending a long time on the phone ( on hold or transferred ) to various call centres, sending e-mails ( Jonas Samuelson ) that are not responded to and dealing with individuals who will not take ownership. As a landlord with a diverse property portfolio to manage I can honestly say this is the worst white goods company I have ever dealt with for customer service.
