A complete failure of service. I would give zero stars if possible. Please read this before you consider using this business.

Paid for an 'express' diagnostic service in July.

Was promised a quote that never materialised.

They ignored every single follow-up email I sent for months.

Their lack of service forced me to buy a new $10,000+ AC system.

They refused a refund and acted unprofessionally when contacted.

My complaint has been lodged with the Office of Fair Trading. Save yourself the stress and find a different company.

Purchased hard drive for my son for school on 5th Nov 2020. As at 28/1/21, not delivered. Have sent emails, telephoned and got nowhere. Spoke to someone back in december who said she would get back to me and heard nothing more. Heading to small claims if I don't hear from them today. I just want the product or a refund. I don't recommend this company for online sales or service

E4 Electronics. Ordered a printer and paid for it in July 2020. Due date 18th August. printer never received. No answer to phone calls or chat line. I feel scammed

Scam company ! Multiple emails requested refund ? When I receive an email which is rare , they keep saying they are refunding but never do ??
I am escalating to small claims to force refund

I placed an order with them 3 months ago, and was told that I would receive the package shortly after ordering. After 1 month of no tracking updates and no parcels, I decided to call them & contact them through live support. They claimed to 'call me back later' (which they never did) and also abandoned the live support after giving them my order number.

To save yourself many hours of stress, DO NOT order from here, pay the extra premium and buy your items from a more reputable store.

E4 Electronics is a complete scam. Do not buy from this company. No response to emails phone calls or lodged disputes. Don't waste your time or money

6 month wait and still no product. 10+ emails, support requests and nothing!

Complete fraud. DO NOT BUY.

Part shipped order, still nothing after 5 calls and 6 weeks and the have not processed the refund.

Extremely poor customer service with no respect given as they do not return calls or emails, do not deliver anywhere near on time or in full.
Have now been seeking responses for items which our business has purchased and as yet not recieved.
Will be seeking legal recourse unless the matter is resolved favourably.
If there is a problem return calls. Do not hide behind a Telstra message saying no body is available.
When a customer asks for better and further particulars for an issue, give them what they require.

If I could give this site zero stars, I would.

I ordered and paid around $2,500 on 13 Jan 2020 for items it said were in stock. Nothing, no response. I followed up after 4 days as had received no shipping info. Four days later I received a totally “bulls*i* reply as follows:

”Hi [my name] and good evening, I do sincerely apologise for the delay. The guys just landed your order on my desk (morning), they have had a few delivery issues, which I found not right considering the suburb, not the outback. I have stepped in and I will look into this and make sure logistics pushes it through, its just sitting that at startrack warehouse, that’s all I can see on the portal. Ill find out why its still sitting and and give it a nudge.
Expect either to get and email or phone call from me tomorrow afternoon.

Guess what, I did not get an email or call. I’ve emailed again asking for the StarTrack tracking number and screenshot showing location status. Nothing, no response.
Do not use this online business, you will torch your money as it looks like I have.
