Worst customer experience ever. I ordered a replacement battery for my laptop and had to philosophize for days with the support team about how long the fault could have existed and whether the battery was now faulty or not. I will never buy anything here again

Superfast delivery of a battery charger. Spot on

This company is excellent. They have a wide range of products at very good prices. I needed some 1.2V 40mAh cells to repair two Nobo Electric Radiators type E4EU203-152A1X which are 2kW but there are other similar models. It is well known that the timers in these stop working after a few years when the backup cells fail. There is an excellent online repair guide: search for "Electro-dan Blog Nobo Heating Electric Radiators Battery Repair".

I am very impressed with Electropapa's service and customer care. They are well worth recommending.

Ordered via Amazon a Lithium battery and seller sends me another lithium battery of another brand which is not compatible , with a note "this is an upgrade of your order" !!! ??
return fails with seller's return voucher (witch is not aproved by Bpost) and no more directly contact possible . Engaged Amazon and then we have to pay the return cost of 21,40euros !  And so wait and see if everything is refunded! Many phone calls with amazon , and lost a lot of time and maybe money because of this seller.

They had a really obscure spare part for an old camera in stock. Price was good, delivery was fast. Can't ask for more!

Waste of time and money buying from this seller, "new" battery was faulty/substandard, laptop did not detect it upon insertion.
Bought similar from Laptopbatteries, it cost less and worked straight out of the box

Ordered a battery, but they sent the wrong one and it didn't fit. On the other hand, they refunded my money right away, and apologized profusely for the wasted time. I also didn't have to send the battery back, which I found to be pretty decent of them.

Everything was good. I recommend this store.

I ordered a battery for my phone. It hadn't arrived after 10 days, so I contacted the company. Elisabeth dealt with my enquiry immediately, and said they would send another battery, as the first one hadn't arrived. I received my battery 4 days after contacting the company. I have seen some really bad reviews, but I can only go on my experience. Elisabeth was very helpful, and got my problem solved. I would have given three stars, for the delay, but Elisabeth's courteous reply and helpfulness makes it a five.

Support team is absolutely uselessness and helplessness. We were needed one item to be shipped with Express, we sent the order and sent e-mail with polite ask to use our TNT account for shipping. That they even can keep 7 or 9 euros for thier online shipping cost order to themselves as bonus. Support was replied Ok, we will pass info to our responsible persons. After that they were tried to find the order based on e-mail that was included all the info about order number and details within the text and the subject of e-mail/ after that they found it and told it will be shipped out as soon as possible. LOOKS GOOD SO FAR, right? but after one day more it was shipped out without TNT Express with their ordinary logistics that even do not have the tracking number!!?! 2022 year, Europe.. Some kind of logistics they were used have no tracking possibility!! Very nice! And very customer friendly! We have asked for tracking and explanation why was not used our TNT account? No detailed comments - just "it is not possible". In Germany... not possible to call to TNT...!?... OK, we have come to terms with this situation. And have asked them to send 1 more same item via TNT. Reply - not possible, we do not deal with Express. Ask again - just prepare a new order and give me it size and weight, i will order TNT pick up from my side by myself. Reply - Don't you understand that it's not possible? Asking why not. No clear comments.

So, if you have time to wait for parcels without any tracking, you can deal with them. But if you wish to ask them anything - it is bad idea.

1 day of EXPRESS delivery is a big problem to organize for them, even if you will not ask them to contact with TNT from their site.

I order I simple cable via Amazon and then this Electropapa crosses my life. They claim to deliver something when it is not. It is just a scam of a business.

Ordered a laptop battery via eBay. Item never arrived.
Thankfully eBay looked into purchase
and refunded my money.

If you ever come across this company via ebay, avoid it like the plague of year 1665. This company are corrupt just looking to make a quick buck with any old rubbish. I bought a battery off them and cancelled it in seconds. They claimed they had to send the battery anyway as the purchase was made out of hours, and were biiling me for their postage costs which greatly exceeded a reasonable charge. They really made it dificult to cancel the order and made up all sorts of excuses that didn't make any sense. I questioned their ethics and logic but had a far from reasonable response to their workings. They took time to get in touch, knowing of my urgency to get it sorted. All I received were contradictory emails about how they provide a service, made up of hiding behind the odd policy that suits their needs rather than the customers. I urge anyone to look into their practices as I did. Question everything they do!

It was a great experience overall! Fast delivery and they really have high quality-long lasting products, definitely will be buying all the electronical needs here

Good Service. Camera Batteries dispatched on time but any delay in arrival was due to Parcel Delivery Service in UK - may be due to the Covid virus problems.

Finally we recived the parts🎁 in Excellent condition and top quality 👍

My parcel hadn’t arrived for 10 days so I contacted customer service who were very helpful and sent a new parcel which arrived a few days later.
