Payment taken via Bizum but no order recorded in account

I made a purchase on February 19th at 18:13 for €6.89 using Bizum. While the money was successfully deducted from my bank account (sent to CaixaBank IBAN ending in 3322), there is no record of the order in my account history.
I have since logged in and even had to reset my password, but the dashboard remains empty and I have received no order confirmation number. I have reached out to support to open a case but have yet to receive a resolution.
I have full proof of the transaction from my banking app. I would appreciate it if the team could locate my "ghost" order and provide an update. I am happy to update this review once the issue is resolved.

Fantastic service from this company, they were quick, efficient and very professional, it’s an unfortunate reality that many companies fall short when it comes to their internet transactions. This is an example of how things should be done. I even ordered an additional item that I didn’t need until next year as I was so impressed with the delivery time and ease of payment with secure sites like PayPal. Highly recommended.

El servicio de esta empresa fue fantástico: fueron rápidos, eficientes y muy profesionales. Lamentablemente, muchas empresas no cumplen con sus transacciones por internet. Este es un ejemplo de cómo deben hacerse las cosas. Incluso pedí un artículo adicional que no necesitaba hasta el año que viene, ya que me impresionó mucho el tiempo de entrega y la facilidad de pago con plataformas seguras como PayPal. A company that doesn't speak English...
Messages are mostly in Spanish although requests are in English.
Order goods marked in stock on the homepage and a product-variant is delivered that isn't even on the homepage...
After the return, the money is transferred back but no sign of an exchange is offered - this is apparently intentional.

Company is not recommended.

The item I received was not as description and did not fit our applince, however, they issued a full refund to my account upon speaking with them.
