Still waiting for my projector!

I ordered a projector almost a month ago and it still hasn't arrived. They told me it wasn't in stock AFTER ordering it and that they would send it as soon as they receive it from the manufacturer, implying this wouldn't take too long.
However, they did manage to take the money from my account on the same day as I placed the order, so they've had my money for almost a month and I still have NO projector.
I would have expected a solution by now, to offer me an alternative projector or my money back, but nothing! I'm obviously going to have to cancel the order.
Also, the customer service phone line here in Spain is useless - it's always busy and they never take your call!

Unfortunately, no units received till October 25th.

My experience has been wonderful but…

My experience has been wonderful but it's true that 'it takes two to tango'. Reading some of the negative reviews I suspected that they were due to disruptions in the supply chain (covid related or not). Therefore I decided to take the matter in my hands and before launching the order I wanted to have it confirmed that I was not going to waste my summer holiday waiting for the product. From this point onward, everything was extremely smooth and quick. A special positive feedback on the contribution of Alfonso, the manager of the store. Impeccable customer service skills, really understands what is at stake to stay in business. Muy atentamente.

Great Customer Service, great products.

Electroprecio have great products at great prices. I had a slight delivery problem (with the delivery company) so I contacted Alfonso at Electroprecio who was very helpful and he personally contacted the delivery company on my behalf several times to ensure my item arrived safely to my house. 10/10 for his Customer Service.

Unbelilevable bad user support.

Unbelilevable bad user support.

I ordered an item on 11/12/2020, to be shipped in Germany, as per Electroprecio's "shippable" countries.
On 15/12 (thus after 4 days of silence), I receive a message saying that they cannot deliver to Germany.
I answer in protest, arguing that they should stick to their duties and ship the item at their expenses.
After this moment, NO ANSWER AT ALL: I sent 7 messages and 2 mails. No answer.
I requested a cancellation and refund: no answer.

End result is: 2 weeks have gone by, they have my money, and I don't have the item I badly needed.
I cannot even reorder it elsewhere, because I've got no idea if the item is shipped or cancelled or whatnot..

STAY AWAY FROM ELECTROPRECIO!

Tiene dos respuestas nuestras.
Ya le hemos devuelto su dinero.
Los piases en los que Electroprecio suministra es España y Portugal.
No puede elegir Alemania dentro de las entregas: se puso un CP de España y una dirección de Alemania y eso no es correcto.
Y encima tenemos que leer esto: como si fueramos responsables de algo....
Ya se le ha explicado lo ocurrido y nada, seguimos igual....

Quality Service

I have used electroprecio numerous times over the last couple of years and never had a problem. The goods are always delivered on time and safely. Any queries I've had about products have been answered and the information given very helpful.

Cannot fault how my order was handled…

Cannot fault how my order was handled and delivered very quickly. A great price, and more than happy with my purchase. It would have been 5 star had in not been for the fact i contacted them about an extended warranty i wanted to buy after delivery, they never replied even after asking again, which i thought was not good. They lost an extra sale as i contacted the manufacture who offered me a great extended warranty. So i have a great product at a great price, plus premium warranty.
