If I could rate them ZERO I would. I purchased an item in March. I checked the refund policy before purchasing. I didn’t like the product and advised them I would return. They received the return. I then asked where my money was. They replied to say they didn’t refund linen products. My product was CHIFFON. When I pointed this out, they then said they didn’t refund for any backdrop products. This was not in the policy. Again I pointed this out. They have still not refunded me and are now ignoring my emails. Plus they also have the product I returned. They have broken their own return policy and now ignoring me. Given the times right now with a cost of living crisis they should be ashamed of themselves.

Please do not buy off them i paid for 10 table cloths and each one had a black line through i have contacted them with the fault they are ignoring me speaks out volumes you have be warned

Received some beautiful linens for our wedding today and over the moon with the order. It was shipped incredibly fast and got to us next day. The prices were so cheap I was dubious of the quality but they have arrived and are a lovely quality and colour. Have already recommended to numerous friends

I haven't received my goods, even though payment has been taken. A month later, they haven't responded to any emails, the chat box on the webpage, nor picking up the phone. I am now researching a way to get my money back.

The table cloth I ordered is a good thick material. I was very happy with the quality of the printing. I was also contacted by the printer to say my specifications weren't going to look great, for a particular reason and I was then given some alternative options, which I really appreciated. They didn't just do what I had asked, knowing that it wouldn't look great. I would happily order from them again and highly recommend them.
Unless I missed it (although I was specifically searching for this) I don't think it states on the website that the table cloth has an opening at the back (for ease of accessing under table storage). I nearly didn't order it, as I didn't think it had the opening. It does have the opening, which is great.
