Excellent Customer Support! As a customer still using Divi 4, I really appreciated the fast support on a simple menu bar that I just could not figure out, given that the company is working really hard getting Divi 5 out of its beta state. Thanks!!

I had an issue with the mobile menu in Divi 5 where the dropdown was off-screen and appearing behind my hero section. Jemelie from the Divi support team jumped in, checked my site through remote access, and fixed it quickly and correctly. She explained exactly what was causing the issue and what she changed to fix it. Excellent support, fast response, and very knowledgeable. Really appreciate the help!

After the (slightly stupid) AI agent fortunately gave up, his human colleagues took excellent care of my request and solved the problem.

Great support! I work with Divi for over 7 years. There was only one (!) issue that they couldn't resolve.

Spent a few hours with Pavel getting helped fixing my website which required alot of coding. He did everything perfectly. I wouldn't have been able to do alot of these things myself, so Im' glad Pavel was able to help me! It wasn't just one thing, it was a laundry list of stuff I wanted to do that wasn't available yet. THanks!!

I had some problems setting up my website with Divi so I made a short video explaining what was happening. The Manoj, from the team got back to me right away with screen shots and descriptions of what to do. I was actually really amazed at how fast they responded-- and how helpful they were.

Alexandra was very helpful and kind!

I was stuck on a Sunday evening with a number of CSS issues. I contacted Divi support via chat and Alexandra stepped in within a short time and was able to solve all of the issues. She reviewed the CSS code and made all the recommendations to correct the issues. Absolutely, fantastic support!

I had an issue with two of my menus. I got so frustrated with one menu that I deleted it. My second menu that had problems was one I had for two months. I made some changes to it, and after the changes, two of the menu items would not jump to the following section. As it turns out, the issue wasn't with Divi, it was ME! I'm so thankful for Faisal and the support he gave me. He was excellent. I love Divi.
