Don’t buy at Eleganza
Don’t buy at Eleganza! Bought a pair of Uggs and should have been delivered the next day. Apparently the package was delivered tru Trunkrs, but in the wrong region or something. I received a message about it and that it will be delivered the following day. No delivery on the next day! This is two weeks ago…. Nothing happened and communication stopped. I’m afraid I will not get my money back. Expensive lesson!

I don't recommend this shop, I returned my order from this boutique made by Showroom but I didn't receive a refund, even though a month has passed since the delivery. When I contacted Eleganza.nl about this, they told me to contact Showroom and Showroom cannot do anything and claims that eleganza.nl has not confirmed the receipt of the refund. They behave like scammers, I don't recommend it

This company is a scam. I ordered a dress from these scammers, I had no idea these were scammers and gave them my money. Don't buy anything from these scammers because they take your money and give you nothing. I hope they come undone so they don't steal from anybody else.

Quality item and fast delivery
I was looking for a pair of shoes that was sold out everywhere. Found it at Eleganza. It was well packed and send to me within 24 hours.
Very happy it all went so easy and with the secure payment it also felt safe.

ORDER NOT DELIVERED
I ordered an item of clothing mid July and to date, September 15th, I have not received it.
I email Anna in customer service addressed who regularly advises that my delivery is ' on its way '.
I asked for a refund and was told that the
company's policy was that once my order was shipped I was not eligible for a
refund
I am definitely never going to purchase or recommend using this company.

I ordered a pair of 'orthopaedic clogs' - the quality of the product when they arrived was so bad I can't even begin to think someone would be happy with this. When I complained for a refund they told me I had to pay full shipping back to Asia but if I wanted 10% of the value of the item I could keep it and they'd pay that. The shoes don't even look like the ones in the picture, they are absolutely not of an orthopaedic design and are clearly made in a factory in China. They didn't even come in a box - just shoved in a bag with no invoice or anything. Please please please don't buy from this company they are a scam.

Don't waste your money with this company.
I ordered a woolen top from Eleganza Melbourne 3 weeks ago and received it today. Very poor quality fabric and the sizing is extremely small. I ordered XXXL and it would be lucky to fit a size 12. It wouldn't even go over my head as it was too small. Scam company. DO NOT BUY from this company.

Don’t buy from this rubbish company. I ordered a large (42”) chest leather jacket and received a size so small I couldn’t fasten at the front. They are a Chinese company not UK and their returns policy requires you to post back to China at your expense, not the UK. Don’t buy anything from this rubbish company.
