So the machine has arrived and 70 percent through my print I have error code 1102 it happens at 70 percent every time. And the print just stops I've only had the machine 5 days

Have a 3d printer i bought directly from the manufacturer. I need tech support, I have filled out 5 tickets and cant get a response more than "can you send more information", etc. When i do send more information, I never hear from them again. Been doing this for 3 weeks. I need this 3d printer for my business. Find a different brand if a technical problem will stop your production because this company will not help you.

The chat bot with live chat is great. I was able to get a reassurance that my issue will get resolved. The live agent was nice and direct on how to get my support ticket moving.

I used their tech support chat for assistance with my printer. It really felt like they cared. I am new to 3D printing and he took the time to explain everything. He even stayed on the line while I talked with Amazon support.

I dont know if the customer Service chat was a live person or some type of bot, but it was very prompt and helpful and answered my questions.

I ordered a resin printer from Elegoo. The box showed up with resin all over the bottom of it (no idea what kid of resin), I didn't notice at first and kept the box in a room I slept in because I don't have a lot of room to store a large box Elegoo says I need to keep for 30 days for return purposes.

I developed quite a bad respiratory illness and a sinus infection as well as eye irritation. I went to the doctor and was put on a lot of steroids. I then noticed that the box was the cause of my issues, i contacted elegoo and they have been refusing the return at first, then saying I need to pay restocking fees and shipping charges to return an UNUSED Item that never should have been shipped in this condition. They agreed to accept me sending it back to them, then asked me to send it to a completely different address on the other side of the country.

They are trying to get me to cover their shipping costs to their inspectors, this is a significant extra cost to me double the shipping cost of returning it where it came from, instead of doing this themselves after causing me all these issues.

I tried to deal with the company directly and they have been extremely difficult to deal with. Instead of just sending me a return label for an unused product they've created a very angry customer. This item was over $600 and was unused still with the plastic wrap on the product. I was in bed sick as a dog for a week before I realized the box was the cause. I put the empty box outside and started feeling better almost immediately.

Then I brought it back in and packed the printer back up to send back and they refuse to send me a label. It's been in my house for 5 days. i don't know what to do. I have a very expensive item covered in a toxic chemical that I can not keep anywhere but inside my house.

1 day after a connection issue. - I did not receive any answer from my support e-mail, yet. However, I did get ahold of someone through the website chat box, instantly !! Simple problem to fix, but one I hadn't thought of yet. So, Thank You !! again.
P.S. I don't have any experience with 3D printing, So take this how you will - I LOVE THIS MACHINE (Centauri Carbon 2) !!! Thank You Elegoo !!!

Can't get any free 3d drafting software to work with the new elegoo centauri carbon 2 pro after paying over $500. Total rip off! Sent many emails for help to their support and haven't received any responses for weeks.

Elegoo customer support took the time and had the patience to ensure my issues were 100% resolved. While I initially was hesitant about my product, the time they took to help is the main reason I just picked up another 3d printer from them. I trust that they will see me though no matter my issue.

bought the elegoo neptune 4 plus and was amazing, i soon upgrading to the elegoo centauri carbon 2 bundle and i must say everything about this company amazes me, its budget friendly while also good quality. It took around 2 weeks, which is fast for me. I 100% will be buying from them again. I hope that they do leave it more of an open source printer rather than restricting the software. I have the elegoo neptune 4 and the carbon 2 and there something that bothers me a bit. I'm not able to access all the features in the carbon 2 with orcaslicer which is a bummer, however other than that its great. I do hope that they can maybe somehow leave it an open source.

Never any problem with support or replacement. TTime difference is a frustration but they always get back to you.
