Hand on heart: do not buy from these people.

Hand on heart: do not buy from these people. 3 weeks after ordering, I'd heard nothing. They ignored all emails and calls until a PayPal claim was opened against them and escalated. Then they refunded me instantly. They will take your money and then ignore you. Save yourself the hassle!

Scam!!

Ordered and payed the Moll Table for my kid on 7.8.2019, and wanted to be delivered on Austrian Post office! Still waiting to be delivered and every day the same excuse fron the company ELECTRO-PLUS- the package could not be delivered, and nobody answers why not!!!!
WHAT A UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY! My kid is wait for table since Avgust!!

WARNING!!!

WARNING!!!
I ordered a product June 25 and was promised delivery the following week. I recieved an email where I was told to use a link who diverted me to a site whare I shold choose actual delivery date an time.
I did that 3 days in a row without any delivery. It is not possilbe to call ELEKTRO-PLUS and the dont answer my email. They send an email but not with a valid answer.
I have claimed my money back since I don't accept this kind of scam. Now they say I have to wait for the fright company. I have not ordered any product or made any contract with any fright company. The responsible is elektro-plus -
I expect to get my full amount back within maximum 3 days!
