I absolutely love the company and your products the prices are more than fair. As a military government logistics expert i have to say the shipping process you are using is a disaster. Nothing in this day and age takes 10 plus days to get anywhere. Also you are charging me $7.00 for signature service and guess what I just had a delivery the driver handed me the package I said don't i need to sign for it? And he said no not at all if you're not home we will just leave it at the door. So can you refund my 2 shipment signature fees just give me a credit on my account and look into alternative shipping like USPS. Thanks!

The reason I give 4 out of 5 stars is because it is not always easy to find what I need on the website. When I need a replacement part for my vape I always come to element vape and always find it eventually on the site but it is not always easy to find. Other than that everything else is good.

I've ordered many times and over the years the ordering process on the website was always a little confusing, and ALWAYS slow. Sometimes I would get kicked out, and the order would be lost and I'd have to start all over again. But I must say, this recent order that I placed today went VERY smooth, and the time it took to add each item was much much faster! Keep doing what you're doing! <3

My experience was great because products were very easy to find. I was able to use my award points for a small discount and the prices are unbelievable. I would recommend this store to any of my friends.

First time purchasing from Element vape was great. Both vapes I ordered got here quicker then expected! One of them didn't work, BUT customer service quickly answered me and corrected the issue with store credit. They did not have to do that being their policy has no returns on disposables, which both were. Anyway, I've already re-ordered and will be going through Element vape for all my puffing needs!

I ordered a SMOK Novo6 because my NovoX is old and I needed an upgrade. It arrived today and is DEFECTIVE! There is no way to call you guys for support which pisses me off and now I’m waiting for an email back. I ordered a second one because like I said my current device is old and I don’t want to wait for resolution on the defective one I was sent. I just pray it works. I’m really upset. I’m disabled and I care for someone with a brain injury so I don’t need this kind of nonsense. I wouldn’t be so annoyed if there were an actual customer service phone number. Very frustrating and disappointing.

Your website sucks between the cookies pop-up that block over a quarter of the screen and the pop-up Your cart is empty again blocking over a quarter of the screen makes it hard to shop for products with less than half the screen to shop for product. Very annoying.
